In our luxury Bed & Breakfast in Dorf Tirol the cuisine is as diverse as the nature that surrounds us!

We always attach great importance to fresh & regional products. Around our villa everything is at our feet - apples, berries, chestnuts, crunchy vegetables from the farmer or high quality meat from species-appropriate animal husbandry.

The unique thing about South Tyrolean cuisine is the fusion with the intense Mediterranean cuisine. A unique mix of two cultures.

Patrick, a passionate cook, has been conjuring up delicious dishes since time immemorial. Even as a child, he was allowed to stir in the pots and conjure at the stove together with Papa Carlo, following the old recipes of Grandpa & Grandma! Over the years he has intensified his passion for delicious dishes, always keeping in mind to combine the two kitchen styles.

Before Patrick opened La Vista, and thus fulfilled his life's dream, he was the owner of his own restaurant under the arbors in Merano and of course a gifted cook! Over the years, time has changed but so has tourism. Through the classic 3/4 pension in the various hotels, many guests stayed away! A sad change, because many bars & restaurants in the city centers but also in the hiking areas live from such guests. Therefore, Patrick, at the opening of La Vista has taken one thing to heart - the guests should circulate more. Discover new things. South Tyrol has soooo much to offer! Each individual entrepreneur, gives his best and should therefore also benefit! Because only together you reach the goal!

For this reason, our restaurant is open in the evening only on four days!
Breakfast is served daily, of course! :)
